New in 2004, this Victorian-style beach cottage is available by the week between Memorial Day and Labor Day and with a three night minimum in the off-season. A few Prime summer weeks are still available, but please make your reservation quickly to avoid disappointment. This exterior photo was taken March 30, 2004. Our home has 5 Bedrooms, 4 baths, and sleeps 16 in bedrooms (no sleeper sofas!).
You'll find off-street parking for 6+ cars. The side porch is screened and there is a sun deck across the back of the house. 5 Bedrooms that sleep a total of 14 people are arranged as follows: 1 King master suite on the main level; 1 King master suite on the second floor; 1 Queen bedroom plus daybed; 1 Double; Bunk room (sleeps 7). There is 1 full bath on the main level, 3 full baths on the 2nd floor (master suite and bunkroom have private baths), and there is an outside shower.
Designed and professionally decorated with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. The white-washed wicker and wood furniture along with the blue, yellow and white color scheme are delightful. The main level boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 12, breakfast bar for 2, and 2 seating areas in the Great Room. Heated and centrally air-conditioned for year-round use.
